The first 400 participants will be offered a $10 gift card after completing the survey. Additionally, all participants will be entered into a prize drawing with a chance to win one of the ten $100 gift cards. The target population consists of individuals aged 55 and older. This approach ensures that the incentive is accessible and user-friendly for all participants, particularly those who may not be familiar with or comfortable using e-gift cards.
How it was read:
Participants will need to spend about 20-30 minutes completing the survey.
Cannot tell from your details
Private, local-first details.
Your answers are saved in this browser. If you sign in with one of the two provisioned Google accounts, they also sync to the same private Firebase owner vault so you do not have to re-enter them on another device. There is no analytics on this page. PressingClear my details clears the profile locally and from the synced record.
What you enter is only used to sort listings into "looks like a fit", "probably not", and "cannot tell". That is areading of the wording on each listing, not a medical or official determination. Only the study team can say whether you qualify, and they will screen you themselves.
Many of these postings are out of date, so the first thing to ask is whether the study is still recruiting. The draft below does that for you, and states anything from your details that the listing screens for — it will not leave that out to improve your odds.
